Synova is proud to contribute to the EU-funded FLASH project, launched in January 2024 to push the boundaries of laser manufacturing technology.
The project’s goal is to develop a revolutionary machining solution that uses three laser sources and integrates three laser processing technologies within a single, highly customizable, energy-efficient, and future-proof machine.
At Synova, our focus is on beam combination and delivery. Building on our expertise in dual laser combination, in collaboration with Cailabs, we’ve designed and built a new laser combining unit capable of routing three different laser sources to three distinct processing heads, all within one system. This innovative setup will enable users to easily select the optimal laser and processing head for each specific application, paving the way for greater flexibility and performance in advanced laser manufacturing.
Now, we are excited to ship the system to Prima Additive for final integration. 📦➡️
